Glow Paddle and Night Kayaking
Presented by River Town Adventures

Celebrate Independence Day from one of the most unique vantage points in Lansing. River Town Adventures invites paddlers to experience the city's Fourth of July fireworks from the Grand River aboard an LED-lit kayak.

Launch from Rotary Park and enjoy a relaxed out-and-back paddle before settling in for a spectacular view of the fireworks display over the Shiawassee Street Bridge. It's a memorable way to experience one of Lansing's favorite holiday traditions.

Advance registration is required through River Town Adventures. Participants may arrive anytime after 8:30 p.m. and will have use of their kayak until 11:00 p.m. Public parking is available nearby, including the North Grand parking ramp.
