Lansing Free Yoga Project - Late Night Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience

The Lansing Free Yoga Project is proud to present Lansing's first-ever Psychedelic Sound Bath Experience!

As the moon shines bright, relax in the bowl at the Fish Ladder Music Park while waves of sound from crystal bowls wash over you. Immersive audio, concert lighting, projection, and supplemental audio tracks will all combine to make this a truly memorable and relaxing experience!

Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring pillows, mats, blankets, and whatever else might make you comfortable so you can settle in and find your inner peace.

Arrive at 9:30pm so you can find your perfect spot! The experience will begin at 10:00 PM and last approximately 1 hour. Once again, Matt from the Crystal Connection will provide sonic inspiration.

This is a completely free event. Brought to you by the Lansing Free Yoga Project in partnership with the Community Foundation, Lansing Riverfront, and Old Town Lansing!
